By using the Burqa Blog command-line utility (“the Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

The Application is a command-line tool that allows authorized users to create and manage posts on their own Google Blogger accounts using the Google Blogger API.

Authorized Use

You agree to:

Use the Application only with Blogger accounts you own or have permission to manage

Comply with Google’s Terms of Service and API policies

Use the Application for lawful purposes only

No Warranty

The Application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The developer makes no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for:

Loss of data

Account suspension

API changes or service interruptions

Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Application

Google API Services

Use of the Application is subject to Google’s API Services User Data Policy:

Termination

Access to the Application may be terminated at any time by the user by revoking OAuth access in their Google Account settings.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
